Kim is an executive coach, consultant, facilitator and professional speaker with extensive experience helping clients develop leaders, create high-performing teams and drive revenue.  Her specialties include leadership and management development, strategic planning, persuasive communication, and enabling mindset to fuel peak performance.

Kim’s broad industry experience includes clients in IT, media, financial and professional services, and advertising.  She has coached and consulted with leaders at every level – from CEO’s to sales managers, engineers to Olympic athletes, creative directors to analysts, and countless others.

In addition, Kim leads training workshops on a variety of topics including: pitching and presenting; selling and influencing; coaching, management and leadership; executive presence; mindset and performing under pressure. Kim also frequently delivers keynote presentations to large audiences at conferences and off sites in the areas of communication and mindset.

Until 2014, Kim was a principal consultant at rogenSi, a global sales and leadership execution consultancy.  She built rogenSi’s West Coast business from the ground up and assisted in leading its North American operations.  Prior to joining rogenSi, Kim managed strategic communications and public relations for Levi Strauss & Co. and Banana Republic, respectively.  Kim also served as brand spokesperson for both companies, appearing on ABC-TV’s “The View,” “Fox and Friends” and CBS-TV, and she has been frequently quoted in such publications as The New York Times and Wall Street Journal.

Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California at Los Angeles. She is a 4th generation San Franciscan and currently resides in Orinda, California with her husband and two children.
