Rick is an executive communications consultant and coach with more than 20 years of experience in the high-tech marketing and communications. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Rick helps organizations develop compelling leaders and create powerful keynotes, product launch roadshows, investor pitches and internal presentations that drive results.
With his insightful and entertaining style, Rick coaches leaders to isolate challenging behaviors, overcome limiting beliefs and increase confidence to be significantly more compelling. His deep technical expertise combined with a strong marketing background enables him to help teams confidently present complex concepts much more clearly.
Rick has worked with executives across the globe and with companies ranging from disruptive start-ups to industry heavyweights including Google, VMWare, Microsoft, Blue Shield, Russell Investments, Asurion, and AT&T.
Before working with Lange International, Rick was Vice President of Corporate Marketing for a mid-sized cloud-software company, led product marketing for the global Android product portfolio at Motorola, and oversaw teams responsible for marketing all smartphone and accessory products sold through AT&T and T-Mobile channels. Before Motorola, Rick led the product management team at enterprise mobile software leader Good Technology, later acquired by Blackberry.
Rick received his MBA from The Kellogg School of Management and his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from The University of Illinois.
