Executive Coaching as an ongoing engagement drives behavior change quickly. Following a self-assessment and extensive stakeholder feedback, coaching structures are customized but typically include 4 one-hour sessions per month: 2 in-person and 2 virtual. Engagements are most often structured as 3 or 6-month packages and will be customized based on the needs of the client.
Event Preparation Coaching is perfect for a high stakes presentation or sales engagement and includes an assessment and review of past videos, story crafting, dry-runs and rehearsals with focused feedback to ensure the best performance possible. These sessions are in-person with duration and frequency to be determined based on specific scenarios.

We are typically called upon to help leaders finesse their story so that it is more compelling to stakeholders. We also help individuals enhance executive presence and help build pitch consulting skills within a team so that organizations can call on a pitch coach internally at a moment’s notice.
