Megan is an ICF-certified executive coach and career advisor who helps professionals navigate meaningful career and leadership moments with greater clarity and confidence. She has coached more than 1,200 individuals, helping them communicate their value and show up well when it matters most.
Clients work with Megan to better understand what they bring to the table and express it in a way that feels credible and true to who they are. Her coaching is thoughtful and practical, helping people move forward with more confidence in how they communicate, make decisions and lead.
Before joining Lange, Megan served as an executive career advisor and leadership coach at Boston Consulting Group, supporting professionals across all levels as they worked through career decisions and leadership challenges. Earlier in her career, she was an Executive Recruiter at Spencer Stuart, where she assessed senior leaders and advised clients on important hiring and talent decisions.
Megan is a certified executive coach through CTI and the Hudson Institute and is a Hogan Personality Assessment facilitator. She holds a B.S. in Political Science from the University of Colorado Boulder.
Based in the Bay Area, Megan enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. Outside of her work with Lange, she also works with high school students and families as they think through college options, bringing a career perspective to the college admissions and decision process.
