Erika Joseph Bergen is a marketing, communications, and business development leader. She spent a decade driving client growth and brand-building initiatives at global public relations agencies. She oversaw high-stake client pitches - working with teams to develop compelling stories and to become compelling storytellers. Erika has coached more than 100 pitch teams, across diverse backgrounds and experience levels - helping them communicate value, build credibility, develop chemistry, and navigate critical Q&A sessions.
Erika is also a passionate advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). She has counseled organizations on how to implement DEI initiatives to create a more engaged workforce. She believes in creating spaces where everyone can thrive and approaches all her work through this lens.
She is a graduate of Rutgers University and holds an M.S. in Strategic Communications from New York University. Erika is inspired by fresh air, live music, belly laughs, and seeing the world through the eyes of her three-year old daughter.
