Before joining Lange International, Erika built her career in global communications, first on high-pressure pitch teams at leading New York creative agencies and later as Head of North America Marketing & Communications for AXIS Capital. In those roles, she served as a trusted advisor to senior executives, supporting critical business initiatives and moments of heightened visibility, change, and complexity.
Today, Erika partners with senior leaders across Fortune 100 companies and high-growth teams. Her work focuses on strengthening executive presence, sharpening message clarity, and helping leaders translate complex ideas into clear, compelling communication — especially when the stakes are high.
Erika’s coaching style is practical, grounded, and strengths-based. Drawing on principles of emotional intelligence and strategic communication, she helps leaders develop self-awareness, experiment with new behaviors, and expand their influence in authentic and effective ways.
She is a Board Certified Coach (BCC), holds a coaching certification from Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management, and earned a master’s degree in Strategic Communication from New York University.
