Cam is passionate about taking technical and analytical professionals and helping them evolve into better leaders through the improvement of their mindset and communication skills. He is driven by the genuine growth of these individuals and the impact it has on their organisations. 

Qualified as an Electrical Engineer, Cam spent over 21 years in heavy industry, utilities and construction, in a variety of roles across organisations within operations management, strategic business development and executive management roles, at GM and CEO levels. 

After realising his passion lay in developing others, in 2012 he made a bold move to change direction, joining a global consultancy to hone the skills required to transfer his knowledge and experience, particularly to other technical leaders.  Since then, he has worked as a facilitator, trainer, pitch consultant and coach for clients across APAC, Europe and North America.  

Some of Cam's client highlights include:

  • Becoming preferred facilitator for the sales academy of one of the world’s largest global banks, MUFG/Bank of Tokyo, delivered in Japan.

  • Designing and delivering all 38 sales transformation programs for 1300 corporate bankers in one of Australia’s largest banks, ANZ.

  • Designing and delivering a suite of leadership programs for Managers, Senior Managers and Partners for Deloitte China

  • Delivering the Return to Flying Program for Qantas International Cabin Crew and Onboard Managers following the COVID-19 pandemic

  • Providing executive coaching services to organisations including Hitachi-ABB Power Grid’s Australian leadership team, Power Systems Consultants globally
