— Maryam Marzara, Executive Coach & Leadership Consultant

Baily is a Connection-Centered Strategist, speaker, and workshop facilitator who works with executive leaders and high-performing teams to strengthen communication, collaboration, and trust—especially in moments that matter most.

Baily helps leaders adopt a connection-centered approach to communication, enabling them to increase their impact, influence, and effectiveness in high-stakes environments. As organizations become more digitally connected yet relationally fragmented, her work focuses on helping leaders build trust, communicate with clarity, and lead through connection—not as a soft skill, but as a strategic advantage.

At the core of Baily’s approach is a belief that too many high achievers have internalized the scam of self-sufficiency, relying on individual effort at the expense of support, alignment, and sustainable momentum. Through practical frameworks, tools, and facilitated experiences, she helps leaders strengthen self-connection, show up with intention, and build trust-based relationships that make collaboration easier and outcomes stronger across teams, organizations, and industries.

Over the last decade, Baily has worked with hundreds of high-performing professionals and leadership teams who consistently report greater clarity, confidence, and ease in how they communicate and lead. She holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Management, and her nearly 20-year career spans events, partnerships, and community strategy at organizations including Warner Bros., IDEO, and General Assembly.

Baily has shared her expertise as a speaker at 150+ events, as a guest on 65 podcasts and counting, and through contributions to Forbes, Create & Cultivate, and HuffPost. She is also a recipient of the Empowerment Leader Award from the Business Relationship Alliance.

Based in Los Angeles, Baily brings both strategic rigor and human warmth to her work. She is known for delivering immediately applicable tools that help leaders connect, be clear, and compel—while building the trust and alignment required for lasting impact.
