For nearly two decades, Baily has worked across partnerships, community strategy, marketing, and events at organizations including Warner Bros., IDEO, General Assembly, The Riveter, and Mighty Networks. This cross-industry foundation gave her a front-row seat to how connection shapes culture, drives collaboration, and sparks innovation.

As an entrepreneur, Baily has transformed those insights into a body of original IP rooted in Community, Connection, and Collaboration. She has designed and delivered 150+ keynotes and workshops, appeared on over 60 podcasts, and been featured in Forbes, Create & Cultivate, and HuffPost. She holds an MBA with certificates in Entrepreneurship and Management from the University of South Florida and is especially passionate about empowering women to cultivate the kind of relationships that fuel both professional growth and personal fulfillment.
